From volunteering and environmental awareness to Shakespeare, ballet, music, and theatre, our campaigns help schools and educators access unique opportunities that inspire, educate, and empower young people.

Supporting the Royal Albert Hall, we worked to promote their Future Makers initiative—an inspiring programme designed to support young musicians and encourage pupils to engage with music. Our marketing campaign focused on generating sign-ups for students to participate in the programme while also promoting school trips to the Royal Albert Hall, where pupils could witness the final performances of Future Makers.

By implementing a targeted email strategy, we ensured that schools received clear, engaging messaging about the opportunities available. This approach helped drive attendance and participation, contributing to Royal Albert Hall’s mission of nurturing the next generation of musicians.

Our partnership with Royal Parks spans over four years, supporting their mission to engage schools with educational programmes and nature experiences. Each year, we deliver multiple email campaigns, carefully crafting copy and content to highlight opportunities such as school visit locations, teacher events, and key initiatives like the Urban Tree Festival.

Through ongoing collaboration, we help Royal Parks maximise engagement by ensuring their messaging resonates with schools and educators. Our campaigns are designed to drive awareness and participation in their in-person events, ensuring that teachers and students alike can take advantage of the rich learning experiences these green spaces offer.

We work with Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) to promote their mission as a leading volunteering charity, particularly through their Community Champions initiative. To ensure these free workshops reached schools in areas that needed them most, we developed a PowerBi Map identifying the UK’s most deprived secondary schools. This data-driven approach allowed us to strategically target five key regions, ensuring maximum impact for their campaign.

Following the success of our targeted half-term awareness campaign, we are now enhancing engagement through user-generated content. By capturing video and written testimonials from teachers and students who participated in the workshops, we provide RVS with compelling social proof to further expand their outreach and encourage more schools to get involved.

Our collaboration with the Royal Ballet School has been instrumental in driving awareness for their Primary Steps on Demand programme. Initially launched as a half-term campaign, our marketing efforts successfully boosted interest and sign-ups, leading to the programme’s continued growth. As a result, we are now in our second annual campaign, reinforcing RBS’s visibility within primary schools and helping expand their client base.

By refining messaging and optimising campaign timing, we ensure schools fully understand the benefits of Primary Steps on Demand. Our approach enables RBS to consistently engage new schools while maintaining relationships with existing participants, further cementing their impact in primary education.

For the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC), we support their efforts to provide high-quality teacher training for independent schools, helping educators bring Shakespeare and dramatic literature to life in the classroom. Our approach focused on crafting and executing an email campaign to promote their Inset Day training programme, encouraging sign-ups from teachers keen to enhance their skills in delivering engaging Shakespeare lessons.

By leveraging our understanding of school engagement and marketing strategies, we ensured the campaign reached the right educators at the right time. This helped RSC expand its training reach, ensuring more students benefit from interactive, immersive approaches to learning Shakespeare’s works.
